   I want to start by saying thank you for giving me a second chance in selling me a car at the same time benefiting my credit with time. Since I walked in I did not notice an employee who was not smiling and saying hello. Your employees were very good spiritually and welcoming all the way.

Matt Hansen was who I communicated with over the phone and was thourough and understanding when I explained in what conditions my credit was etc which made me feel confident in going to your location and seeing what could be done. Dano helped me find a car; he was very nice and pleasant to communicate with in comparison with other dealers/salesmen I went to prior to this one and was very helpful in helping me find an insurance company for my car. In conclusion your staff deserves a pat on the back :)

Other dealers I went to didn't seem to be considerate or interested in helping those like me with bad credit but your dealer has no comparison  and if I come across someone looking for a car you'd be my top/maybe only choice!

"Worth The Drive"

I purchased my 2005 Nissan Murano at United Nissan and have it serviced there whenever possible for several reasons. After having it serviced at the Bakersfield, CA Nissan dealership a couple of times, I now make sure i bring it to United Nissan in Las Vegas, NV if at all possible. The people in Bakersfield are nice, but dont  seem as well informed, concerned, coordinated, or as personable as my service writer Brian Hinckley at United. Brian is always friendly, shows true concern for ME as a person as well as for my Murano. He tells me about things Im doing thats right with the car. He shoes me where and how i can do better. He always has time to talk to me. I have learned to trust his judgment when it comes to the care of my Murano. I am a satisfied customer

A lot of thought goes into whether to use a dealership or go to a repair shop once the vehicle is out of warranty. Usually the decision is based on price, but sometimes it is based on trust as well. And trust is something personal between the customer and service advisor. Every time I have used United to service/repair a problem with my Armada, Shant Ashikan has been very up front with me on what the issues were and he has never been pushy in trying to persuade me to do things contrary to my decisions or ability to pay. Shant has on 2 occasions had the shop replace window tinting that had scratches. He never argued about whether or not it was still under warranty. He is a good guy to deal with.
