I came here last week to get my new Nissan Murano, 2015, that I bought at Carmax, serviced. When I initially got there, I was not sure where to go or what to do. I called the service number and they immediately connected me to the manager, who was more than happy to help. I was immediately connected to one of the service representatives, and it was all smooth sailing. Everybody was professional and courteous. They did a great job in taking care of the car and making sure that the car was working well with no issues. I will be returning to this service center and I'm very happy. It is important to have the number to call the service center if you get there and are new. They will immediately work to help get you to the right person who will get you squared away and get your service taken care of right away.
I visited the parts department, after striking out at Henderson Nissan. The employees were much more concomitant, and the prices were better for the same parts. If price and service are so much better in one department, I'd assume that it's a culture throughout.
