Driving cross-country with my dog and two cats I unfortunately had engine trouble just outside of Vegas. I called United Nissan and spoke with Rebecca Birnbaum in the service department. She saved a spot on the service schedule for me and they worked late to get things fixed so I could get back on the road the following morning. Rebecca and the whole service department were so accommodating to me and my pets, I can’t thank them enough!!
