Rebecca was the only person at this Nissan dealership who took real accountability and actually fixed a problem that should never have happened in the first place - honesty. From the moment she stepped in, she was professional, honest, and focused on resolution — not excuses. 3-4 times within 30 days my pre owned Nissan was back in service for the same issue and countless rental cars.
