Eligibility: The Backyard Expo Giveaway is only open to legal residents of Nevada and is void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter. The Backyard Expo Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Must be 18 years or older with a valid I.D.
Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about 03/08/2024 and ending 03/10/2024. All entries must be received by 03/10/2024 11:59PM PST.
How to Enter: The Backyard Expo Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry online at UnitedNissan.com. The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. The winner is chosen at random. A Purchase Will not Increase Your Chances of Winning.
Prizes: Winners will receive a 55″ flat-screen TV. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at United Nissan’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Backyard Expo Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of United Nissan Team members. Winners will be notified via email to the email address or phone number used to enter the competition within five (5) days following the winner selection. United Nissan shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 1 day(s) from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected,
